About Connected Worlds
The Connected Worlds Initiative (CWI) is an umbrella organization focused on building bridges between people, programs, and communities that are often separated by disability, age, access, or circumstance. Founded from lived experience, CWI supports mission-driven projects that combine education, creativity, and practical assistance to help individuals and families participate fully in everyday life.
CWI brings together initiatives such as It’s a Kidzz World, The VETA Project, and other emerging programs under one shared purpose: connection. Our work includes accessible storytelling, educational resources, community support, and innovative tools designed to meet people where they are and help them move forward with dignity.
Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, CWI focuses on collaboration—connecting families, educators, creators, nonprofits, and service providers so strengths are shared and gaps are closed. As the initiative grows, CWI will continue to incubate new projects that promote inclusion, visibility, and meaningful participation across generations and communities.
